FITs Me is a ready-to-use set of exercises for practicing at home. The program is suitable for people of all physical levels, from beginners to advanced. Due to the cardio, strength training, and training for problem zones, you can see the first changes in your body in a few weeks. A complex of basic yoga and stretching will help to maintain flexibility. To do this, you only need to devote 15 minutes a day to do the exercises of the FITs Me program.

  • Each episode consists of 3 blocks of exercises of 5 minutes each: warm-up + 2 blocks for specific muscle groups. That's why we can provide two versions of the program: 15 min or 5-7 min (each block separately).
  • Each block has a title with muscles group the exercises are focus on and an icon with necessary equipment for the training.
  • Exercises can be performed in real-time together with the instructor thanks to timer and a preview of the next exercise during the rest.
  •  In addition to video materials, we can provide metadata in text form: the topic of an episode, the titles of the blocks, a list of exercises in each block.
