FITs Me is a ready-to-use set of exercises for practicing at home. The program is suitable for people of all physical levels, from beginners to advanced. Due to the cardio, strength training, and training for problem zones, you can see the first changes in your body in a few weeks. A complex of basic yoga and stretching will help to maintain flexibility. To do this, you only need to devote 15 minutes a day to do the exercises of the FITs Me program.
Note: Each episode consists of 3 blocks of exercises of 5 minutes each: warm-up + 2 blocks for specific muscle groups. Exercises can be performed in real-time together with an instructor.
